Targeted keyword from unranked to #3 in Google purely from on-page optimisation, we had 5 more new keywords ranked in the top 10 almost instantly.
They only account for ~220 monthly NZ searches, but all highly targeted, relevant and looking to buy.
The average number of organic visitors (through search engines) was 183 per week in the first 2 months, then we hit 519 visitors which is nearly triple that.
It has taken about 6 months, this is a very competitive space and I’ve only been spending an hour per week on this account (makes it very cost-effective for the client).
8 targeted keywords ranked number 1 in Google for this client. 1 month prior we had 3 keywords ranked number 1, 3 keywords ranked 2-3 (now 5) and 30 keywords ranked 4-10 (now 38). Organic traffic has approx doubled, looking at both previous months and seasonality from last year.
Brand new domain – have done technical optimisation, keyword optimisation and content for it but no backlinking as yet. Performance is up 799% in the last 30 days (top graph).
The bottom is the organic traffic which has started going up as a result. Which has also resulted in more email signups than usual through the website.
